So you want to find out more about either adding automation to your community or possibly just replacing out the automation. If this is the case, you're in the right place. As this can be an overwhelming process, we've outlined the general process to get you up and going and getting your community secure.
If an HOA, discuss with the board members to see if adding or replacing automation might be a liable option for you. Adding or replacing automation has been known to increase rent/ home values as well as decrease needless spending on repairs with current setups simply by updating and ending band-aid fixes. We can often meet with your HOA to answer common questions.
If this route is best for your community, call your local fire department for an inspection of the dedicated location to be automated. A new setup will require plans and permits with correct fire access in the event of an emergency.
Once the fire inspection has been completed, contact Bulldog Automations to set up a meeting and discuss your options as well as answer any questions you and the board may have.
You can apply for the permits yourself, or we can simplify the process and take care of for you. If acquiring yourself, the layout, plans, fire access and electrical blueprints will be required for this application process and sent in. Meeting with inspectors for fire and electrical will need to be completed and fee's paid. Once fire and electrical inspections have been approved, we can take care of the rest.
