Most residential installation jobs take approximately 1-2 business days. In some instances, specialty items may need to be ordered however, most parts are kept in stock.

Parts are covered under the manufacture warranty for the first year extending up to 5 years on select equipment. Labor is covered for 1 year from the date of installation.
Absolutely. Please contact us and we will provide additional remotes for your equipment. Please note, there will be a cost incurred for the remotes.
All operator equipment installed has a built in battery backup per the Phoenix code. If the power goes out, you will have approximately 40-80 cycles of the gate until power returns. A key will also be provided to manually disengage the operators if needed.

Depending on the application, solar is the way to go. Installed units are low power consumption DC motors, that enable a small amount of sun to go a long way. We have solar applications over the entire valley, and not one complication to date. We are, the valley of the sun!
A 50% deposit is required to place hold on the equipment to begin the process. We will send you an electronic agreement via email to sign, which outlines the scope of work, the equipment/product and the terms of the agreement. Once this is complete, our office will contact you to schedule your installation.
You do not need to be present for the installation however, a contact number to reach you during installation is preferable. The installer will go through installation procedures, locations of equipment and demonstration following the install, which will be sent to you electronically for future reference.
As we cannot warranty any equipment provided outside of our suppliers, we do not install equipment supplied by our customers.
We install only top of the line, name brand equipment including, LiftMaster, Doorking, Viking, All-o-Matic and other leading brands. We will not install off brand units as technical support, lack of parts availability and longevity of the units are not up to our quality standards.

Each installation varies however, overall, automated slide gates tend to be the most secure option. If you are looking to add that additional level of security to your gate, we do offer a maglock (magnet locks) and a solenoid lock to ensure the highest level of security.
With access control varying from residential to business, the requirements will vary as well. We can offer a simple and straightforward remote for access, to a more detailed setup such as a telephone entry system/security card access and ID tracking. Either can be installed as hard wired or wireless.
For residential, a keypad and/or remote access by phone with the option for video feed is quite common. For commercial, industrial or community, telephone access with employee tracking has been a common request.
For residential, customers will receive a demonstration of the equipment along with a review of all features and safety implications. You will also receive this information electronically for future reference.
For Commercial and Community jobs, you will receive approximately 1-2 hours of training on applicable equipment and software.
